About Nic
Hi! I’m Nic
I became curious about health due to my own family’s health experiences. This led me to explore the impact of stress, lifestyle and environment on our wellbeing. When I discovered that Functional Kinesiology could help me to detect where and how the body was impacted and at the same time gave me a tool to help bring the body back into balance and wellbeing, I never looked back.
Three years later and I have now almost completed the full training to become a Kinesiology Federation Registered Practitioner – this training includes 800 hours of study and clinic work across kinesiology, nutrition, coaching and anatomy.
In my free time I love spending time with the family, antiques, making jewellery with crystals and shungite and I also make natural soaps which are for sale. I enjoy learning about complementary medicine approaches such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and the five elements and sound therapy.
I co-ordinate the Hampshire Kinesiology Federation meet ups which take place four times a year. If you are a kinesiologist and would like to join us, please do get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
I love living and working in Titchfield. The community, the history and my daily dog walks around Titchfield or along the coast are grounding parts of my life.
